Ok, I patched my socketmodule.c such that I think I have a working
socket.makefile() function. However, I may not, as I get this output from the
httplib test program:

Python 1.1.1 (Jan 23 1995)
Copyright 1991-1994 Stichting Mathematisch Centrum, Amsterdam

Any ideas?
