Hm, I presumed it was Dutch because the first time I saw it used was
by a Dutch guy. He played VikingMUD in the "old days", and his title
was "Badman is doing the Trondheim Hammer Dance". Now, where did
Steve Majewski and/or Tim Peters get it from?
