Yes! I am also interested in such a thing. I want to write a wordprocesor
and copyleft it. For obvious reasons, it would be nice to have an embedded
language in which a lot of the system can be written and in which
extensibility would be easier.

How easily does python integrate with C/C++ and what kind of support does
it have for X ? Where can I get info on python ? I cant afford to buy a
book on it and would prefer something electronic, preferably in plain text
so I dont have to print it out. Also where can I find python for Linux ?
I realize it is a FAQ but why not have all these answered for me and other
python newbies in 1 shot. :)
