The complete 1.0.2 Python source tree (as well as STDWIN) is on the
"Apprentice" CD-ROM, a collection of tools, sources and examples for
Mac programmers. (It's probably a Mac file system CD-ROM -- don't
know if you can read that on other systems.) I'm afraid I don't have
the CD at hand so I can't tell you who published it...
