This was actually available for a previous version on in
pub/python as python-html.tar.Z; it is now available for 1.0.2 (in a
slightly different form) as python-html.tar.gz. There will be several
unresolved links (e.g. to non-Python stuff) that you will have to fix
manually, e.g. by making them point to the originals. The files here
are relative to the URL so other relative
URLs should be easily fixed.

But what's wrong with the Netherlands? :-)
