This was actually available for a previous version on ftp.cwi.nl in
pub/python as python-html.tar.Z; it is now available for 1.0.2 (in a
slightly different form) as python-html.tar.gz. There will be several
unresolved links (e.g. to non-Python stuff) that you will have to fix
manually, e.g. by making them point to the originals. The files here
are relative to the URL http://www.cwi.nl/~guido/ so other relative
URLs should be easily fixed.

But what's wrong with the Netherlands? :-)
