I have built Python for DOS with DJGPP (GNU gcc and GO32 DOS extender).
It works fine, better than with BC (128 Mb virtual memory, 32 bit mode,
etc). It also supports a nice GUI called SUIT.

Check pub/PC/python at asterix.inescn.pt for Python for DJGPP.

DJGPP is available at oak.oakland.edu in pub/msdos/djgpp (or
pub/PC/djgpp at asterix.inescn.pt)

With Python for DJGPP, the Tests complete 100% fine.

Regards,
Antonio.
