At some point I was thinking of doing some snmp stuff in python, but
the task of ASN-1 decoding stopped me. It shouldn't be too hard to rip
an ASN-1 parser from somewhere else, though, and put an ASN-1 module
in python. Then 80% of the work would be done, methinks...
