Agree that the RFD should be brief (best if it fits entirely on one
"normal"-size screen); and that brevity should be at the expense of the
language description (as Bennett said, you're not trying to sell the
language here, but the newsgroup).
Disagree that a RFD is premature, but that's politics. newsgroup
creation has little to do with anything else any more ...
