For what it's worth, I was able to build a 1.2 binary under Ultrix using
the pthreads package from sipb.mit.edu and it seems to work fine. Now if
only dynamic linking worked under Ultrix, I'd be actually able to use the
dec I have at home for development... oh well...
Is there still interest in having a 'bootstrap binaries' area on ftp.cwi.nl?
