I come afresh to this newsgroup, having given up on Perl (too bizarre
for me), and having had moderate success with Tcl/Tk. Having seen some
of the dreary "my language is better than your language" squabbles, it
is time for me to find out what all this Python fuss is all about.
Sorry then to bug you all with the inevitable newbie questions, but
here goes:
- Is there a Python FAQ, and where can I get it ?
- Is there a book, introduction or any language documentation ?
- FTP sites for the above, and the language source itself?
