I'm working on one. It's a server that's very specifically meant as
a demo of using a WWW browser as a database interface (so it makes heavy
use of forms). I'll send you the source by email (and to others if they
want it). It works, but it's very much 'work in progress'.

BTW The part that handles the HTTP protocol is very simple, it's a very
simple protocol :-)
