We will be able to start the vote in late February; right now,
I've scheduled the 25th as the official starting date.
I technically won't be running the vote. There is an organization
called the Usenet Volunteer Votetakers that can do this automatically
(all their stuff is automated.)
Also, the call for votes will be appearing on this mailing list.
Remember: we need 100 more yes votes than no votes, and a 2/3 majority.
There tend to be people who vote against every group for no apparent
reason (about 10 or 15.) We need to offset them, so make sure you vote
and all your friends (even those who don't use Python) vote as well.
The vote will run a total of 22 days.
