current 'index' file for python FTP site

Well I FINALLY have a single file in the FTP site I am maintaining
for python .py files and stuff like that..

Here is the current 'index' file.. If you can think of a better format,
PLEASE let me know what you prefer.. and I will see about putting it
together..
