MS-DOS Python binary available

Thanks to Mark Anacker I can now offer a binary of Python 0.9.6
compiled for MS-DOS computers.

You can ftp it from ftp.cwi.nl:/pub/python.exe.Z; use (UNIX)
uncompress to turn it into a PC binary and then transfer to the PC
using your favorite file transfer method.

If you want to use the standard Python library, you'll also have to
transfer the contents of the "lib" subdirectory of the Python source
distribution to your PC.

(Note that I am totally ignorant about PC things -- if there's a
better way to set things up, please let me know!)
