cheap SUIT's and Python's

To avoid needless confusion of this sort, I propose we institute a
Suit Registry, and that everyone ( except the *Official* UVA Cheap Suit
Team ) choose a different KIND of suit as their module name: BlueBlazer,
GreyFlannel, Armanni, etc. All suit modules should, by default, be in
path "/usr/local/lib/python/rack" unless they have been custom tailored
for your site.
