Forgive me if this is obvious to you - it isn't to some people.

* Did you transfer it in binary mode?

* Did you uncompress it after transfer? If you copied it straight onto a DOS
machine the .exe.Z extension might get truncated to .exe.

It works fine for me, as does the windows version (on a 486).

We should probably make the DOS/Windows version available as .ZIP
files including the libraries. Guido?
