A Father's Pride

Just gotta strut a little. My son, Phillip, is becoming what I believe to be
the worlds youngest python programmer. He's 7 1/2 and has already found his
first "bug" (MATH error when running on a 10 MHz 8088 box v1.0.1 and
doing multiplication: int * int crashes it). He's found this to be a neat
and quick way to exit; better than

import sys
sys.exit()

It occurred to me that python is an infinitely better language to teach
any initiates to computerdom than something like BASIC. You pretty
much have everything you need to show 'em about programming right there,
_and_ you can actually do something useful with the language.

Bravo Guido! You have begun to make your mark on our youth. Heaven
have mercy! ;)

Nick
